In the actual history Simayi was under a pretty dangerous position in wei imperial court....as a result his campaign against his enemies were usually passive. His safety along with his family members depends very much on zhugeliangs safety.... if zhugeliang dies, he and his family wouldn’t last long in the wei state........he understands his enemy and most importantly he understands the situation he was in

He maybe not one of my favourite characters, but Sima Yi is no doubt the most iconic sinister officer in Dynasty Warriors. Now guys, can you do a video on Lu Xun? From his personal backstories, military accomplishments in Yiling and Xiaoting, his post as Chancellor of Wu and finally his somehow tragic death of grief or suicide during the Wu heir succession crisis? If it can be done, can you get Skip Stellretch return to voice him?

A few other tidbits: The Qiongqi theme actually applied to Sima Yi's fourth weapons, barring his WO3 weapon set. His Level 11 weapon is also themed after the Suanxing, another mythical beast. It likely also nods to his eventual departure from Wei. Real life Sima Yi was also known for being sympathetic to the common people while also defending himself skillfully from several of his detractors. Perhaps that aspect of him is more closely seen in Wu Xiubo's portrayal of Sima Yi in The Advisor's Alliance.

Can you do a what if Sima Yi vs Iyasu Tokugawa on whos army would defeat who if the two would have a what if battle and who is the better leader? Since Sima Yi layed the foundations of the Jin Dynasty that unified China and Iyasu was the one who unified China and the Tokugawa clan reign many years afterwards with influenced Japanese culture and history

They should have never added the Jin dynasty to the series. I miss the old games when it was just about the Three Kingdoms. They completely crippled the series in DW7 and it hasn’t recovered ever since.
