You didn't even mention the major ingredients of this mix especially when you are comparing it against traditional rendering. The worker's assurance on guarantee also lacks credibility as his experience with this product is only 2 years or less. It takes decades to know whether a product like this withstand the weather or not.

On the Company website they already mentioned the "Percentage of water, mixing, curing and other proceedings are the same like traditional masonry work," So it's something like a ready made traditional masonry mix in a bag with some bonding agent 😀
