This particular song is just like a reintroduction of himself into the global space. He was actually talking about himself in the third person format. He’s introducing himself as an industry rebel, someone that’s come to distort the order of things like a “giran” , “eru iku” or a stubborn child. Example is Rihanna- good girl gone bad. As you know Yoruba is an expressive and metaphorical language hence those action words. NB- SALO is one of the most notorious name you can name your child 😅 so you can see what he’s trying to do there.

Àpà is not someone's name, Àpà is a abusive word we call a person who is wasteful, or who squanders money, or someone that just destroy stuffs for no actual reason!

Akpa, o ti kolu omo yen l’eyin Could also translate to : clumsy (destructive) person, you’ve got that child/person from behind He could be talking about himself bashing someone with a vehicle or hit friend Or maybe even a lady ;)
