The ability where if he tells his opponent about his power is a heavenly restriction, kinda like in Hunter x Hunter where your ability can become stronger with certain conditions
@chrisd11644 жыл бұрын
You're right about the foreshadowing. Thats awesome you noticed not many ppl did. Explaining your curse technique is not a nen restriction, its a psychological attack. For example you tell them you need to take 3 steps on any direction for your technique to activate, this now creates advantages, 1. They will be focused on counting your steps 2. Makes them predictable for they will attack you before the 3rd step or create distance. Also Nanami says its situational, you dont go telling this to an enemy that can easily bind you or make you levitate.
@kage_okamiX4 жыл бұрын

Your right about what nanami was talking about in jjk you can force conditions on opponents and yourself to increase your power so if you tell someone your ability it becomes a pact that misleads them and also makes your power stronger simultaneously so its often better to figure out your opponents full power by yourself rather than getting misled.

This shit is so deep, so many underlaying themes. Did y’all peep that yuji and nanami literally killed children this episode?? The transfigured human was begging for its lunch box... it’s so much amazing shit going on per episode, between fight choreography, characterization and development, comedy, but the psychological themes and ideologies in this series is crazy. It’s one of the darkest series in shonen history tbh. Not gore for the sake of gore. But real stakes and actual real world emotionally impactful character arcs. Yujis already been through a couple mini ones in the anime. But this was his first REAL impactful character arc. U anime only s will see. U can already tell look at his reaction to the cursed spirit that did this to the humans. Apart of that was his disgust with himself as well for killing one. And that’s definitely going to be further explored. Gege deserves all of her/his appreciation truly a masterpiece of a series.

And Mahito is a full on curse aswell, he is not an "evil curse user", he is a curse born from the fear and hatred people have for each other, so he represents humanity, thats the reason why he looks so human compared to the other curses. At this point I feel like the only way Sukana can beat Gojo is either by overpowering his domain or by breaking his spirit. Gojo seems that he really cares about his students. Sure, he doesn't freak out and goes full Deku, but he is very confruntational due to his power and it might be his downfall. Another posibility might be a copycat power (this wouldn't necesarly beat Gojo, but would just keep Sukuna alive and unbothered). I think Nanami states his ability power either to instill fear into the enemy or to make the enemy really believe in it. Curses seem to be more powerful based on people's negativeness or hatred, so that might also make the cursed powers more real or feared of in a way. If the fear is able to accumulate on the person's ability then that means ths more curses wariors slay the more power from fear and hatred they accumulate, thus literally getting more powerful. I haven't read the manga so I really cannot give my opinion more than this.
