Panic attacks, I remember those. Each day has a morning, an afternoon and an evening. I tend to do 3 things. From morning til night. Used to have a top 10 list, but that was accompanied by panic attacks

Great advice. I wish even as a neuroscientist I would know the answer to how to force myself not to do something that I like but that comes at the cost of missing sth that I perhaps don't like as much but I need... In theory the mechanism for that is mostly clear, but how to apply it in practice is very difficult...
