PL PSR rules are not fit for purpose if they do not have specified sanctions with proportionality measures for breaches. Any legally qualified professional would dismiss the rules as systemically flawed. PL are corrupt trying to retrospectively introduce policy after Everton charged and now trying to hide it. Top and bottom Everton found to have overspent £19.5m with no sporting advantage period. 10 points is akin to getting life for going 31 mph in 30mph zone! All football clubs should wake up and realise this is an assault on all teams and their fans. Simon Jordan needs to get off the DM fence and speak out against RM and PL but that’s were he gets his 10 pieces of Judas silver.

That's obvious if they are deducted more than 5 points after losing 10 points for overspending in the last 3 seasons. What punishment will M City get? Like PSG they've been spending much more than allowed. Newcastle are controlling their spending even with the hundreds of millions of pounds available.😅😅😅

@@gavincunningham4598 Yes, that's not fair on Everton. Forest also sold player in August 2023, but season finishes in June, so unfair on them. Premier League board should take those things into consideration. M City clearly breached FFP rules. Chelsea spread cost of players over 5 years. They were spreading it over 8 or 9 years which was the players contracy lengths. Premier League closed that loophole. They punished Everton immediately and M City might escape charges with best lawyers available. So much unfairness in the world.
