I learnt to drive in my mum's 1983 Honda City Turbo. A minor correction: The City Turbo produced 100 bhp (75 kW); the Turbo II, which had an intercooler, produced 110 bhp (83 kW).

Haha that's so cool!! What a rad car to learn in! Yeh, some wrong information here, corrected what I know to be wrong in the description 😎
@corkeymonster3 жыл бұрын
@@joydrive I remember it had insanely bad turbo lag (by modern standards), which made it easy to stall for a learner driver. I also remember my mum broke one of the engine mounts when she accidentally downshifted from 5th to 2nd gear (this was back in the day when most manual transmissions were 4-speeds). LOL.

I had a TurboII for a while... sold it to a you guy in Sydney. He had a contact in Japan and managed to get molds from the (pretty much) last Mugab race car . He restored the car and fitted with the full Mugan race wide body (yep even wider than the stock body)... and I believe swapped a b16 with turbo in it... if any one knows if he has a KZbin or recent pics I’d like to see an update.

man 110 bhp in that little thing would be a riot, didnt know this car existed but now i want one. i owned a ford puma 125 bhp and weighed 1100kg and would 0-100 in about 8.5 seconds so im sure this little thing must get there alot quicker!
