Melted Butter 75g (⅓ cup)
Coconut Milk 200ml (¾ cup, 2 tablespoons)
Plain Flour 275g (1 ½ cups, 2 tablespoons)
Desiccated Coconut 100g (1 cup)
Baking powder 2 teaspoons
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
Coconut Cream Frosting
Coconut Cream 50g (4 tablespoons)
Powdered Sugar 200g (1 ¾ cups)
Butter 50g (4 tablespoons)
Vanilla extract 1 teaspoon
20x20 Baking pan
Bake in a preheated Oven at 170c (338f) for 35-40 minutes
