Hello. I like the visual and how slowly and clearly you speak. However, I believe in the video, there a couple of errors in the sentence analysis. At 7:00, you analyze six sentences. You say that #2 is a complex sentence. "Because of the heat" actually is not a clause because there is no verb. "Because of" is actually a prepositional phrase. That means that #2 is a simple sentence with a prepositional phrase at the beginning. And also, I think number 5 is a complex sentence with a reduced adjective clause. If you un-reduce the adjective clause, you have "The two teams that were left in the competition were both very good." The two teams were both very good (main clause). That were very good (adjective/relative clause).
