That is a great useful tip on how to tie the bag, I don't make anything with goats milk but I make a lot with kefir and that is a much easier solution than what I do, thank you! Awesome 2 lessons in one...1. how to make Chevre and 2. how to be aware and handle spammers....My sons were in 4-H and they had Dairy Goats...that they showed. But they also learned to make a lot of cheese and Chevre was one of them. The fun for them was finding things to put in the cheese and how great or not great it was....It has been a great lesson that they have carried through they became adults. I LOVE how you tied the knot for hanging the cheese...Thank you for sharing

I am definitely adding this to my list of things to make! I too remember the “cream cheese shortage!”. This looks delicious, as does your breakfast! Yum! Good job for telling off the scammer! We had one that scared my 20 year old daughter, because they said they had a warrant out for her arrest and we went to the police station and asked for that officer and an officer said it was a scam. The guy on the phone was threatening her and she was so terrified!
