Measuring Cup- 200ml
Sheet cake pan- 12"×8" Rectangle shape
For Sheet Cake
All purpose Flour or maida- 1 cup
Fresh Curd- 1/2 cup
Grinded sugar- 3/4 cup
Milk- 1/4 cup
Baking powder- 1 teaspoon
Baking soda- 1/4 teaspoon
Salt- 1/4 teaspoon
Vanilla essence- 1/2 teaspoon
For Soaking Syrup
Honey- 1 tbsp
Water- 1 tbsp
For Jam Spread
Mixed fruit jam- 5 tbsp
Water- 2 tbsp

I removed the turn table because my tray is large. It will not rotate. The cake will be baked just like we bake a cake in OTG.
