Came here from pinterest, I just kneaded the dough and waiting for it to rise. Probably less than 1.5 hours since it's fairly hot here. I'll update on the results later but for now, I needed to say that I couldn't get over all the positive reviews/comments and had to try it immediately! Update: turned out amazing, super delicious and soft. Loved every bite! Thank you!!

It may sound weird, but I love to watch you form the dough into balls. Such care and precision -- must be many, many formed as you perfected your recipes. I love the quiet calm that pervades the videos, too.

Is is best to use all purpose household flour or 00 bread flour? The recipes vary.🤔 Thank you.

Yes, definitely! Even a preheated cast iron skillet or sheet pan. I added the recipe link to the description box above and there are notes in the post about how to use something other than a Baking Steel.

Hi, sorry I’m a bit confused, when you say 256 g (2 cups) do you mean 1 cup or 500 gs for 2 cups? Thanks!
