Simple karilla/ bitter mellon Gord recipe for lunch.

Simple sautéed karilla recipe 😋
2 lbs karilla/bitter mellon chopped
2 tomatoes chopped
1 medium onion chopped
6-8 cloves garlic minced
1 hot pepper optional
2-4 sprigs scallions chopped
salt & pepper to taste
2-4 tbs of your favorite oil or ghee.
*sautéed on medium heat until tender.
Serve as a side dish, goes well with rice, roti, and bake.
