Have you tried eating home fermented cabbage? It is full of good bacteria and helps in almost all bowl problems. It did wonders to me. I advise you to give it a try. Some studies argue that even people with lactose intolerance became tolerant to lactose after eating fermented cabbage on daily basis with every meal. Also all other different fermented vegetables and low-salt miso soup are good for the gut.

Anastasia ~ I made these and *LOVE* them!!! Thank you so very much. When they're still warm, I put peanut butter and organic grape butter on them and the oat wraps taste like soft, freshly baked oat bread. Such heaven, especially since I stopped consuming all bread many years ago. This recipe is so simple and versatile -- I am truly grateful for your thorough and clear ex[planation too! I also roasted some zucchini slices and wrapped them with these wraps, topped with feta cheese and some jalapeno sauce ...oh, wow, SO GOOD. So happy to have found your channel and I am looking forward to trying out more of your recipes too. XO

@mariajesuskurthgandolfi1644 жыл бұрын
@@toniibeebur it worked just fineee! It's best if you freeze them on a tray so that they don't stick and then once they are solid you can put them all in a container. To unfreeze them I just put them in my small electronic oven, but the microwave or a toaster should work just fine I think.

Good question, thanks for bringing it up. They are best used right after making them. I have kept them over-night before by layering with parchment paper and popping in a container though (although I find always best used immediately).
@sdushdiu5 жыл бұрын
If you leave them exposed to air, of course they will dry out! Placed in a baggie and refrigerated or frozen (ideally separated by parchment or wax paper, they last far longer then they are used.

All oats are gluten-free except if if they have been processed on machinery that also processes wheat. Oats contain avenin, which is structurally similar to gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye, which is problematic for individuals with celiac disease. However, avenin is not the same as gluten. If you have celiac disease, proceed with caution to see if it affects you.

@lostandafraid59105 жыл бұрын
Such a great recipe, thanks a lot! Just curious, how many calories has each?
@eponymousIme4 жыл бұрын
Easy enough to figure out. I gram of oat flour has ~ 4.038 calories. So 150 grams of oat flour needed in her recipe = 605.76 calories. It appears she made 3 wraps, so 605.76 calories /3 wraps = ~201 calories for each wrap. An 8" flour tortilla has about 150 calories, so these wraps are higher in calories. But they're also denser/thicker.
