I made this flatbread today. Added garlic and rosemary. Also put some olive oil on the pan....sooooo goooooddd!! Thanks for sharing!

I made these today and they were nice as a wrap (I added chives and a drop of oil in the dough to give it more flavour) filled with roast chicken, onions, mayo and a salad and they were as good as any shop bought. However, I did find that if you make them too thin and roll them out too much they can split in the pan, break up and have holes

How do you know when the inside of the bread is done? I want to avoid to mistake doughier flatbread for soft flatbread. Thanks

When the flatbread starts to get brown marks on one side flip it over and cook the other side until you see some browning. Thanks for watching!
