Hi..👋 Did you mean...neck bridges ...personally... I don't consider them to be anywhere near 'easy' .. this wasn't supposed to be a professional wrestler's Workout routine although I know the thumbnail and title might give that feeling... beginner level Desi Workout is what I tried to show 🙏 Moreover their are safer ways to train your neck..than bridges...just an opinion ✌️ Cheers

Started working out 2 months ago aada ubli hui lizard jaisa bangaya hun. I started in 2020 during lockdown to make my body agile and strong like a boxer agile,started doing manny pacquiao's core work out+ a muscle group+ shadow boxing 5-6 days a weeke for 6 months and i got a 4 pack body(baki 2 nahi aye bhai😅) I started doing hindu pushups/dand it worked like a charm at that time i couldn't even do few pushups properly. And some of the ancient principles of footwork , strength etc if we can integrate into phew they really work and should be promoted good work. Do we have core ,leg workouts in ancient styles be it akhada or kalari, every one is bloated as u mentioned in one of your recent videos.

Hi ... Yes...core Exercises exist... but they're more compound based ...functional Isolating individual Muscle groups is not a common approach in indian Exercises ✌️
