i just now heard about the pehalwani baithak, would u care to tell me about these 8 squats you mentioned my guy? i train bjj and i'm lookin' to improve my athletic performance
@MiketheNerdRanger8 ай бұрын
@@alpacino8919 the pehalwani baithek is one variation of hindu squats. There are seven more variations: samanya baithek, sampurn baithek, rammurti baithek(the one everyone just calls "hindu squats"), another version of the pehalwani baithek (I think he demonstrates both in the video), and 3 versions of the hanuman baithek. There's a video about the hanuman baithek on this channel.
@MiketheNerdRanger8 ай бұрын
@@rahul-qm9fi I'm not athletic, but I just started with 1 set of 10 for all 8 versions and it really helped me. You may have to do more or less depending on you fitness level.

Rest of the world: the chest and back should be straight while going down knees should be always behid your toes your feet should be wide open more then your shoulder width your body should be steady and 3 sets of 15 reps are enough. Meanwhile indians : nahhh we will just jump like frogs and will do 5000 to 6000 reps in one go and call out the name of our god after every rep instead. P.s. amazing work sir and jokes aside the pehalwani dand baithak is great exercise for lower body and to increase explosive power no doubt about that, bless you keep growing.
