SIMPLE QUICK 3-2-1 golf WARM UP DRILL

This 3-2-1 warm up drill is quick and easy to do. It only takes a minute or so to perform and doesn’t just warm you up it also improves the rhythm and flow of your swing but may also increase the distance you hit the golf ball.
