Absolutely beautiful. I have seen some people boil the carrots first then glaze after. And put in the oven. Is there much difference between the two.

If you are not using raw honey you are not usng honey. Pasturized honey is nothing more than liquid sugar. Trust me I'm a beekeeper.

But if you cook "raw" honey, it also becomes just liquid sugar, right? So why the heck would it matter?
@ginarichi7308 Жыл бұрын
I think raw honey matters.

I'm with you in the love for Balsamic vinegar!! I'm excited to try this recipe! Have you ever tried letting them sit in the marinade overnight?
@domesticallydriven39426 жыл бұрын
Lol I'm glad I'm not alone in my love for balsamic!! Ya know.. half way through recording I thought of letting them marinade, I think that would really kick up the flavor! Let me know if you try it! Thanks for watching!

Wait - WHAT is that floor vent in your countertop? I can't even concentrate on the recipe 😫!
@domesticallydriven39422 жыл бұрын
Nope, not a floor vent. My stove/oven is under a window, so I can’t have a hood/vent above the stove where it would normally be. (The house is almost 101 years old, gotta work with what you have) So the vent is on the stove top (the area that I’m working on because it’s the best place to set up the tripod and film).

If folks knew how these 'baby carrots' are made, you would never eat them again! Buy or grow organic ones and cut them up ... just saying!
@stefaniamates64533 жыл бұрын
Mine turned out to culinary failure 😑 Carrots are by default sweet, honey made them ewww and the other ingredients gave a bitter taste. So, bitter and sweet combination is a no no to me Better roast them in a frying pan and season at the end!
