Our team have just watched this in our morning team huddle. Burnout is something we see all too often in all workplaces I think, especially with many people now working from home. What a great awareness into building strategies for emotional resilience in the workplace. Thanks for sharing.

If people are the biggest assets of an organisation, then every single organization need to implement these strategies to be providing development programs on emotional resilience for their leaders and teams; to not only to survive but thrive during these pandemic times but more importantly prevent burnout and to look after the long-term wellbeing of their people. A brilliant summary!

Wow this really resonates with me. I don't know about everyone else but I think it's important to understand what emotional resilience really means (it's not just your ability to just keep going after difficult events) and Michelle does a really great job clarifying the concept. I look forward to more of these chats!

Thank you Michelle for sharing this information! It is well done and well said. I will share this information with the women that I advise. Emotional resilience is also immensely important to help balance stress to help prevent it from becoming destructive mentally, emotionally, and physically. And over 90% of the people in the workforce have reported that they are stress to the point where it is impeding their ability to function. Implementing emotional resilience is an important step that can help all to positively progress throughout the day. Thank you for sharing this.

What does a disaster recovery plan look like? I like visuals. Sounds like a checklist.
