The sweet beaver and smallie beavers are awesome baits! I like the simplicity of them and the action is great for finicky bass. The berkley pit boss is also a phenomenal bait. Please do a video on the creatures you use the most and your preferred rigging options. Texas Rig,wobble head,Ect.

I am watching the last video you did right now lol. Love your content brother!!! I don't have boat access to fish anything but banks. I catch alot of small ones but not getting many big bites. Any suggestions on that? I've thrown bigger baits and the small ones still just kill it. I know there are big fish in these lakes. I've caught several over 3 this year. I live in cedar hill mo if you ever wanna come pick me up and go fishing lol

Don't stop at the bank... Get a float tube. Got my GoPlus off Amazon. Lil less than $150 shipped and I absolutely love it!

@@account2292 been looking for a little jon boat. Just have a little car though. I'll have to check on the float though. Thanks

@@brandondavis9701 Partially inflated, it fits in my compact car. Easy to carry to launch spot as well... An advantage over Kayaks.

I understand all comments but for right now I'm stuck on the bank in 100 degrees. Always heard where there are small ones there are big ones. Don't know if there's any truth to that... from the bank what would you start with in the evening when it's smoking hot. I have a problem with not being able to throw the same thing all afternoon which I prob should just to get some confidence in some baits. I love power fishing but I just can't catch em on anything but soft plastics right now. I'm in Missouri and it's hotter than hell so at least I'm catching something I guess.

Just wait! As we get into fall and water temps start to drop those big ol bass are gonna start moving in from the deep chasing bait. Won’t be too long until the guys in the boats start trying to get to the bank 👊🏼

great video...have you done a video on texas rig vs jig when to use each?

Wouldn't you want the flapper/kicking style baits in dirty water to put off vibration/water displacement?
@srsykes493 жыл бұрын
Love the videos, many thanks. I heard you in a previous video say you were not a fan of elastec baits. Would sure love to know why not? I've been using them a lot this year. Very soft, yet tougher than plastic. What's the disadvantage?
@robpatterson24413 жыл бұрын
@@jamesh7469 Exactly! And totally agree. Not a fan for most cases. Will periodically use once in a while on a dropshot.

If you watch him you can't hate him because he says over and over. This is my opinion from my experience. Much love Randy keep it up. Your intelligence is really helping me and I'm just a bum bank fisherman lol

Who's hatin on Randy? What's to hate? Fishing is subjective- he's telling us all what works for him, it may not always work for you in your specific conditions, but if you listen to what he's saying you might learn something and be able to change a few things to apply to your situation. He's providing us a service either way and I for one appreciate the Hell out of it.

craw baits? always thought creature baits were non mimics of real animals.
