As someone working on fitness there are no exercises for fat loss. None exist. There is only eating better. That's the only way. Not dieting eating less and better. It isn't easy and go slow but fat loss comes from what you eat. Exercise makes almost no difference especially if you don't eat right I started by only eating fruit for snacks. Then I kept eating what I was before but slightly less. Then kept going 260 to 230 so far

​​@@BillHallProductionsliterally this, fat loss is a combination of low caloric intake mixed with calorie burn. this means that as long as you're not a couch potato and you're eating properly you're gonna lose weight. Even something as simple as walking helps which is why people on cuts actually start walking more to burn even more calories instead of sitting for the entire day after a workout.

@@shadowmaster452 my point is no matter how much you exercise you won't lose a single ounce if you don't eat right. I was doing judo twice a week, walking 7 days a week, lifting once a week and Bodyweight training twice a week. Weighed between 260 and 270 the entire time. The calories burnt from exercise are so minimal they simply don't matter for most people trying to lose weight. If you walk for 2 hours at 200lbs you burn about 500 calories. If you have a slice of pizza and a coke you've replaced those calories. So if you eat say 3 slices of pizz you need to walk for 4 to 6 hours to offset that overeating. Now obviously this us simplified but if you aren't eating right the aren't enough hours in the day to offset thsy with exercise. Don't bring up Michael Phelps you aren't him.

weight kam tha pehle... ek bar technique samajh aa jaye to fir weight/injuries ke saath bhi ho jaata hai but ... its difficult... so stay light 😁
