Its wild that: 1) Most youtube viewers play small stakes for fun or profit, and; 2) Most of the massive poker channels are teaching high stakes strategy only See something odd between those two things? Hopefully your channel blows up further and further, you're doing an awesome thing for people 💯 Upped my winnings dramatically the past month since I found you

Agreed, my recent success is completely owing to these videos. Solvers and GTO strategy have no application to these stakes.

I recently implemented overbetting with my bluffs and value recently and the bluffs have absolutely printed. Especially in small stakes, players way overfold even top pair to a river overbet so it is extremely profitable to do it with bluffs and value

I'd love to hear how you handle flopping the nuts and what kind of bets you make to ensure you get callers.

Exactly and the reason you don't and everybody fold is because online sucks haven't you noticed only one person raising and lots of times more often that everybody the whole table is checking

What to do if they keep calling like every hand preflop whenever I’m am changing my triple raise my preflop bet then I did before For example 50/100 blinds online 400 normal preflop bet trying to read hands. 1.2 million if they keep calling with shit hands out of positions. Is it considered still a maniac then ?. Or should I just fire 1.8/2.0 million to keep them out.

This is kind of a bad example to disagree with GTO sizing. Since the example flop is so dry, our opponent's continuing range is pretty much limited to a king, or maybe on flop, he's check calling with hands like 99, TT or 77. Maybe A8, down to maybe 98 or 87. With position in a heads up pot, with a set, vs a range that is pretty strong, but also capped, you probably don't have to worry much about KK or even 88, as even passive players generally bet or raise with sets, so given the BB's range construction, top pair, middle pair probably good kicker, and maybe some middle pairs, maybe some back door draws that gain equity on turn, 76, 75 and 65, we're absolutely told by solvers to bet on the larger size here. It might be ⅔ to pot, which isn't an over bet, but that's where you take the GTO strategy, we're betting on the larger size in to a strongish, but capped range, and you add the exploit he's going to be even more sticky, so now we're allowed to bet bigger because our opponent will call far wider than MDF. We're still using GTO because we're betting our range against his range, but we're adding an extra exploit to win more than we should. It's also GTO to bet this flop unimproved since as the preflop raiser, on this big, middle, little, super dry board, the PF raiser will have the range advantage and the nut advantage since the PFR from LP has all 3 sets and the BB probably only has 2, passive players usually 3 bet KK. So with the range and nut advantage, wouldn't this be a super standard cbet?

he's talking about playing amateur whales... on a flop that dry their continuing range is every ace in the deck and some queens, jacks etc... his point is they arnt going to fold on the flop so we might as well c Bet especially since were holding a bad pair and they arnt going to fold on the turn when we hit the set because to an amateur whale aggression looks like bluffing especially when it's a bad card that changes nothing.

@@rockstermaniac I know the player type he's talking about, but while he's saying from his mouth that GTO is stupid, the only difference between how he plays the example hand and how a solver would play it, the solver bets big on turn and river and he bets bigger. He's explaining a small deviation from equalibrium, not ignoring it.

If you are pretty sure you have the best hand, and you know your opponent makes bad calls... then go big. Worst case scenario, they fold and you win anyways. I always worried about scaring them away, cus a big bet polarizes your hand. You either have nuts or nuttin. But there are probably dozens of times that I was beat on the river and they folded cus that pot-double-up did scare them off a better hand. You can tell thats the case when they demand to know what you had afterward lol. They had something...

The ironic thing is that the "Fancy GTO" play is actually to overbet the turn... And it is what most good coaches are teaching and using nowadays... GTO won't tell you to bet 50% on the turn with this hand...You just don't have to put your suggestion against GTO when it is actually GTO already...

@rockstermaniac

the whale bets if he has K 3... he probably bets if he has K anything... he checks all his ace highs, queen highs, jack highs, flush draws (Yes i know he needs 2 backdoors) and prob some eight/ three pairs. and you know what... they're probably callin gon the flop with all of it because its only the flop and they have 2 more cards to hit their hand... cause theyre amateur whales.
