This is a tutorial on how to reach your full splits. I take you through stretches to warm up and elongate your muscles enough to reach your full splits. I also discuss strategies to tailor the routine to you and your specific body requirements.
There are several tools I recommend but do not require. The main one is the Si-Stretcher available at:

I also suggest a Si-Band which will not be available until Jan 1 2019. The Si-Band will be on amazon.com at that point.
I discuss in this tutorial several other videos that I will link there in. But they are on this same youtube channel.
I mention several things for safety, but will reiterate it here.
1. Stop Stretching if you feel pain
2. Never jerk or bounce your stretch
3. If you feel anything uncomfortable in your joints stop and adjust your stretch.
