I will buy my first cycle tomorrow .. even I am 110 KGS at the moment .. I have done powerlifting for 5 years ... I started from 36kgs weight in year 2015 ... started doing powerlifting in year 2016 and continued it until now .... because of Covid I left gymming .. and now I am left with a body weight of 110KGS .. huge I am ... but felt motivated by seeing your videos .. lets see how long I continue to carry this motivation.

What ever you've said is the basics which give the maximum result. I have done a transformation in my college days following the same. I would like to add one thing to your diet. Select specific timing for each meal and your last meal should not be after 8pm Wake up early and sleep early Take proper 8 hr of sleep Btw I ran for 5km everyday (sometime twice) for 2.5 months and dropped 20 kgs

It's not insane at all....it's all about the interest and dedication. I do a minimum of 50 kms per day and it's become a habit now. As far as time is concerned it all depends on organising our time and over a period the time taken becomes less because of the speed we develop.

With help of calorie deficit and cycling as main cardio 5 to 6 times a week and some resistance training I’ve lost 33 kgs now 115 to 82 kgs in 10 months your videos played a great role in motivating to use cycling as my cardio and it’s more fun than any indoor cardio or walking What are the cycles which can reach speeds up to 40 kmph to 50 kmph on roads as I’m more into cycling now I just know normal cycles csnt do it coz when we pedal fast at one point at high speed the pedal becomes free and u can’t pedal anymore to increase the speed What r these cycles called ? I’ve a hero sprint gear cycle as of now but it’s gear is damaged and also many other parts so I was planning to buy a new cycle which can go fast too

I will suggest you to have a stationary air bike working on it for 30 minutes a day twice should be good and go for 40 minute walk on weekends for 2 days. Since your weight is more develop a slow habit of including more types of exercises in your daily routine like planks jumping jacks and floor exercises like mountain climbers and reach through. Not to worry this is all flab the more fat percentage we have in body the sooner our body sheds it all you need is a consistent workout. Hope this helps! We are all in the same boat buddy trying to become fit! ☺️
