I have tried this recipe and it came out beautifully!!🥰 All the measurements and sweetness is perfect. I have a bad oven and the temperature is only at one setting so I have trouble baking. But I came across this video and gave it a go praying it would work and these are the best muffins I have ever tried!! They are delicious, my family were so happy. What if I make this in small loaf pans how long would the baking time be and can I cook all four pans together?

Hi Rachel, this really depends on what "small" means. If you are talking about those super mini pans that are about the same size as a muffin, then they are going to be about the same baking time, if you are going larger, the time will increase, but not by too much. It really depends on the size are bake them in.

Can self raising flour be used instead of all purpose?

Hello K Sid 🙂 Yes ! Self raising flour is simply all purpose flour with baking powder added to it. Where you see any of my recipes that use all purpose flour and baking powder, simply use your flour ( self raising ) and omit the baking powder. Hi there, I have never sprayed a cupcake liner in 40 years. Yes, sometimes a little bit of the muffin or cupcake may stick, but if you go slowly you can get the paper to peel off without damaging the bottom of the cupcake or muffin. Thanks so much for watching ! 🙂
