Man, this looks good. I am glad you explained why you made triangles over cubes because my first thought given the choice of shapes was to go with cubes. It is what I always do and easy but when you explained about crispy triangles, Yeah! Going for the triangles. This looks so good. I have to quit watching these cooking videos right now because I have gotten so many ideas from you cooking channel now. I subscribe, by the way. Will check back later.
