I can relate to this experience while running... when I'm feeling that runner's high as they call it... I feel so integrated with everything around me that I can't tell if I'm moving my body or everything else is moving with me... the feet touching the trail and the trail touching my feet, getting closer to the trees along the way and the trees coming towards me... sounds coming and going... it's like a perfect harmony!

I always remember you saying that these things are a “feel thing” rather than a thinking thing. That helps. I nearly always start applying WORDS/LABELS to my insights or experiences because my mind is programmed to be extremely verbal, so it goes to labels and intellectualization immediately. Maybe that’s an ego defense, though I’ve had many insights that way also. Hmmmmmmm.

Not the craziest thing I’ve heard this lifetime. I was seriously wondering how the heck this wanna gonna make sense. I “get in the zone like this” with things like packing or putting together a meal. It’s not so much that you’re drifting off, it’s more like drifting in. Cool to see someone who thinks like this. ✌️

Thanks for sharing Angelo! One of my most interesting/mystical experiences from my own journey was when I was at the public spa here in Korea over a decade ago. I had been working on constantly and diligently remembering to abide as my simple sense of pure Beingness. While under one of the little waterfalls where you rinse yourself off I suddenly experienced myself as If I was being sucked through a wind tunnel (physically sensed at the cerebellum) I could no longer hear any external sounds and then dissolved back into an intensely shimmering seamless boundless reality. With no central referencing happening, no sense of inner or outer, experiencing the waters movement was amazing, the water appeared to stand still around my body as if I was experiencing it as a simultaneous united whole, then I began to experience it going in reverse, as If I had hit the rewind button on a remote...and then flowing forward back again after some time. With no central point of observation, no subject no object the waters apparent movements could be experienced non-linearly in a myriad of ways and visually looked like an alive hologram sticker....

My very 1st experience was after groceries shopping driving back, I was like did the choices just made on their own? It’s so clear there wasn’t a chooser, just choices. I couldn’t tell if the groceries picked up themselves or? …. Was walking outside listening to this video. As soon as I heard “the ground is walking across the body”, the ground under my feet literally started moving toward me like I was on a giant treadmill. And I couldn’t undo it afterwards. 😛 Then later hands washed each other… Thought made a comment “if Angelo makes more this kind of video, I’m going to lose myself”

Boom! That is the subject-object experience collapsing / being seen to be illusory. Love to hear it, wonderful 💜

Thanks Angelo! 🙏❤️Really appreciate everything you do! Thanks for reminding us that we need to put in the work, so it won’t be just one time experience, a memory we go around telling people. Habitual thinking mind is so sneaky

Same😁, cycling - feeling like the whole world is moving under my tyres and the bicycle and I are kind of stationary. Its an oddly enjoyable experience. Love reading peoples experiences, a global village of people into this odd, unusual, warm, intimate way of being 💛

Rest in your direct sense perceptions, as you are... Present to what is happening as a seamlessly integrated free flow naturally unfolding before your very awareness... Thinking is here, don't align with your thinking and identify with abstractions of the mind... Just stories... Stay as awareness in the stillness of Presence. This is peace. It's here right now if you accept it. 🙂🙏✨

@@nat998 Well hello Nat, that was a big share.😄 Sounds like your working on/in "it" lol. I think if I had seen a cow give birth at 12, I would have thrown up. The mad seeking has dropped off here, but the mind still wants to hang on to the possiblity of knowing. Presence is a great practice keeps the mind busy. Mirrors are a funny one for me . I don't like them, I don't recognise the reflection in an actual mirror. But when I look at people I see reflected parts of me. it's weird like everyone is part of me. ...Mysterious yes 🙃💜🐄

What knows Reality can't know Itself? Looks like just another thought...non dual experiences have been experienced here, but yes, like you said, it doesn't stick
@sierrasandsunsets54992 жыл бұрын
Hi Angelo I'm curious about this- I've experienced these episodes three times now. And I hear you speak often about "seeing" this way. One question would be, is this a pointing to help people into liberation (no self/mind identity), or is it an aspect that you see pre or post liberation? Is this a permanent way of being for you and others that you know? Not a lot of others speak about it as directly as you do. I know I have no control over the matter how this will evolve, but as it stands because I have the motion sickness problem, I feel it would be quite disorienting if it is destined to be my permanent vision. I suppose I would get used to it (or not lol). I ask because the mind here has quieted significantly (def still here tho), realized non doersship, and no ability to even surrender, no where to go, but be. And this aspect of seeing and hearing is not something I've spent a lot of time on. Do you feel it is a necessary aspect for the self/mind to fully drop?
@SimplyAlwaysAwake2 жыл бұрын
Yes it is non-duality which comes before no-self. Specifically this is the release of subject and object experience which is part of non-dual but not all of it (depending how you define it).
