Hmmm that requires something like an eye tracker and then an interface between that and the switch (say a cloud link or something) it is doable just expensive and a bit cumbersome to setup I would think.

Two years ago I got a surgery on my chest to fix an issue called pectus excavatum, which meant that my ribs were forming wrong and going in too far. I have a metal bar in my chest from that, and it will be removed soon. While I was in the hospital recovering, my parents stuck with me, and at one point, I started laughing about something, but that hurt, so I said to my mom that I have to stop laughing and that I need to think about something sad like dead puppies. That only made the both of us laugh harder.
