Simpson 4000 psi..soap injector not working??

After replacing my soap injector múltiple times in my AAA 4000 psi pump and the machine no trowing soap, i foud up it was the KIT BOOST VALVE.. PART # 7110117. from simpson

As you know, all the liquid "soaps" have Chlorine and other corrosive components, you are also spot on about rinsing these with clear water. We all face this problem, once the corrosion happens nothing wants to come apart. These shiny, smooth, six sided fittings get chewed up no matter what tool you use; I had Snap-on fitting wrenches fail for me in these and those are really good wrenches. These all do this, rinsing out has to happen every time or, the injectors seize up and good luck once it gets stuck like this! Yes, I tried a micro torch. Don't bother.

I try many many things and nothing works with this machine so I decide to get a new pump I'm just waiting now and order a new one to see if I can get a better luck but definitely I'm getting a different soap injector now and a different brand pump

Hello honestly i don't know the number but u can get the parts here Pwoutlet.com KIT BOOST VALVE also the soap injector ..but make sure u get at least 2 because it goes bad fast the chemicals destroy them .. I have to replace all of them again in order for the machine to trow chemicals or work properly i am considering to replace the pump to a better quality ..and it will cost around $400.

My spring came out in pieces but I took off the 3/8 high pressure quick connevt and the ball and spring came out from behind that. It is horizontal. I saw a video that said it goes in under the barb. That is vertical. Im confused.

It's all depends on the machine ..the one i got keeps given me a lot of problems, and i will need to change the pump to a better quality ..the AAA Sucks is always a problem with mine...the DeWalt brand that use AAA is the same...way to many problems ..now what i do is not using bleach with this machine anymore and is beter...the bleach is corrosive for the metal parts and destroy them..use mold armor E-Z home wash, green bottle from the home depot..is very good to clean houses with out pressure..plus if your machine got the spring in different position from factory there is where it goes ..maybe yours is different model

@@lemossebas maybe it fell through there because it was broke. As long as it does not interfere with anything else im fine. I never use it. I x jet everything.
