Most of my catering orders were after 5 pm to residential homes. I’m elite on DT and regular on dlivered. They are not getting these orders. I would see them. Nothing has changed but DoorDashs algo and they way they tagg and distribute large orders.

Only schedule catering orders that are actually catering orders get marked as catering bag required. DD use to mark any order over $100 as a catering bag required. Now I see those regularly but with no bag required they just give it anyone now

I lived on LOP and Catering order until the Tiers hit my market. Even when I was platinum I never saw any so I let my AR fall to 5% and I see a few occasionally. I went with the catering apps and make as much or more then I did with DD in a lot less trips. Just use DD as a fill in.

Sorry if I missed this, what caused you to become restricted to large orders? I am at top Dasher in the LOP program as well, and the large orders disappeared. I am wondering why? I have shop and pay turned off as well. But still no large orders for several weeks.

I used to see 10-15 large orders (requiring a catering bag) per week, but haven't seen a single one since mid-March. My zone is also moving to the Dasher Rewards program May 7, as well. Hope things go back to normal.

Richard, did you learn to play by ear and/or reading music? Very impressive. For whatever it's worth, here in the NY area when we switched to tiers the LOP acces showed up in the app as a tab and something you automatically have access to - no invite emails. This was for platinum drivers only. Every plat driver was given access as long as they sent in a pic of their catering bag. You may actually still be in it but not seeing it just yet until the day of conversion.

I was in the LOP then they switched me to shopping orders and I never got big orders so I toggled off shop in pay orders and I get LOP orders again. So it’s one or the other they give you

Do you guys observe "bot dasher" in your area? The bot was saturated thats the main reason why it slow down here in south OC California area. Bot people are getting back to back large orders while me and some co dashers are watching them passing by. I have 4.95 customer rating 100%acceptance and 100% completion rate. 95% ontime. 4k lifetime. I wish restaurant coul verify if the ID and doordash account are the same. This people are switching not only DD account but cars as well.

I started at 10:30am yesterday and made $250 in about 8 and half hours. Surprised I never bumped into you. My biggest tip yesterday was from that Little Cesar's, you know the one that always has 20 people waiting inside in our area? LMAO. I thought I'd give it a chance since it was middle of afternoon. Got lucky and the order was ready within a few minutes. They tipped me $20 in the app and $20 cash! Had some little kid steal an order from me yesterday too and ran off and his parents just watched....This was at the Chipotle. Was a crazy good day for me besides that little shit. 😂

Unfortunately for me, the new program has been around for a couple of months, and nothing has changed. I actually returned the huge catering bag I ordered because it just wasn't happening. Fortunately, though, DD has remained extra good for me. I've not seen a single sign of it slowing down. It's not to the level you see regularly, but I still do very well.

the customers didnt stop orders, dd stopped giving all the bangers to just a few drivers, its spread out more evenly now. so some tard with 10% ar and 4.32 customer rating 76% on time will get a $60 tip now. Ridiculous
