Love the video. Real talk❤ I've also seen a complete crash in decent orders on DD for the past month and I'm a cherry picker. I also saw a flood of new drivers some of them not speaking English and a decline in quality of customers. But every once in a while like yesterday, I'll get a decent order that I turn into a great one because of customer service. Too far and few in between though. About the Panera Reddit, I've never been on there but I can only imagine because I worked for them as a training manager in Oklahoma and St Louis for 10 years about a decade ago and that's when it took a nosedive after they sold.

Its been almost 2 weeks here in California since the new program. I'm a priority dasher 94% a . rating 4.9 completed 100% and get this. I can't dash now, I can't schedule.... Only when its busy maybe schedule it allows 1hr or 30min. Make sure you schedule a week out before the switch over. Customer support has no abilities to change the situation. Just a heads up!!!!

The tier system doesn’t change the LOP orders it honestly makes it worse for the folks that put in the time and sweat. It opens the door to every single platinum dasher that’s active and Door Dash sends the closest available dasher the offer. Plus DD is loosing merchants for the larger Catering orders the merchants are switching to other delivery services on there catering because of the issues with some dashers. I have spoke to managers of restaurants I have picked up catering several times and they tell me there has been to many issues with DD and they have stopped using them. With that said the orders do still happen just few and far between now specially on the dashers rewards program but anyways. Richard I like the videos which show the real you and being negative isn’t a bad thing sometimes it helps us stay level and brings us back to reality sometimes. But honestly stay strong and keep good numbers it will balance out after a few weeks of being live just another adapt and over come phase of Door Dashing !!!

I like any video you make whether it's positive or negative. I used to get catering orders with the big red bag even with a percentage below 50% and now I don't even get that anymore. To get any catering order you have to have a 50% acceptance rate or higher and to be prioritized to get them you have to have a 4.7 or higher customer rating. It's crazy. When a company starts being successful because of their workers they start to be controlling.

Sadly, I don't think the LOP is coming back bro bro. I believe DoorDash got rid of it because a lot of us (regardless of AR) were too over-reliant on it. If we have to do more deliveries to hit our usual numbers, DoorDash makes more money. It's about getting all of us to push out more orders.

I heard Aldi was coming to Vegas, I love doing those shop and delivery because the stores are so efficient with their layout. And yes, Door dash is catering hard the no/low tip customers.

I knew this tier program was bogus. I stopped getting lop orders as well. With the old system it was a cap of how many dashers that would receive large orders. With this new tier program, everyone and their moms will be trying to get to platinum to get catering orders. It’s not going to be enough to go around. It’s going to be way more people that have access to large orders now then before when u needed an invite. I’m doing much better on Uber eats these days

I have been Dashing for 5 years now, typically 30-40 hours a week. I have never seen it this bad. And yes, it has been Bad. I Dash in Virginia.

I only use the Digital Red card 💯% If the digital doesn’t work the physical card won’t work with it’s the stores card reader with the problem or Doordash had an issue. Haven’t had a decline in over a month!

On a side note I too rent a car 🚗 for DoorDash but I do it through the Lyft express program here in Sacramento, CA. It’s a double edge sword I usually drive off the balance with Lyft and do DoorDash during the lunch/dinner/late nights. DD has been its worst here too with the top dasher program

I've noticed in NYC that once we moved to tiers back a couple of months ago, that it seems like now nobody is getting those big ass LOG bangers anymore. I wasn't in the program prior to the tiers so never really had them to begin with. But I bought the catering bag, sent in the pics and all but still not 1 LOG order so far even though I'm eligible. And most of the dashers I talk to say the same thing. The other weird thing is sine the tiers, I noticed I haven't been sent even 1 shopping order either. I do love your vids and your energy but I have to say this. Since July of 2022 until the first of May 2024 I was a top dasher. I will dash no more for shit orders. I went from a 80+% AR to currently 52%. I am only holding that last 2% because of the 5th of May for a "potential" catering order. I know of a few in my zone and HAVE BEEN TOLD by LOP support that they only give the orders to WHOEVER IS CLOSEST WITH A PROPER BAG. DD is a Joke for a full time job anymore. The market is completely oversaturated and honestly, I don't blame you man, but you are a part of the reason why. God bless in all you do. For me, it is the end.

You can park in pretty much any garage on the strip if you choose to for free the first four hours are free. Just need to scan your Nevada ID as you leave the exit.. I usually just pull up the valet and throw my hazards on almost every place will let you do this. The only places that I know that they have a problem with it are Wynn and palazzo. Make every Customer meet you at valet. Soon as I leave restaurant I sending messages can’t bring to room meet me at valet. Ect shop and pays on the strip pretty easy and they pay well for all the Walgreens. The only pain in the ass CVS is the one next to treasure island . Just unassign these it’s too far of a walk. The Buffalo Wild Wings on Harmon , coupled with a McDonald’s close by and a few other restaurant all within walking distance . Park on the little side street that pulls next to b dubs . After you’re done, you’ll exit the real garage. You’ll take your ticket and then you’ll scan it at the other one and I’ll let you go through cause it’s only gonna be like one minute and then you just exit back onto Harmon. If you pick up from Shake shack at the one that’s in the front of the New York New York pull in from Las Vegas Blvd. next to the park MGM flip a U-turn right in front of the Shake shack and there’s like like white lines there just don’t park in front of the fire hydrant and throw your hazards on And grab your order real quick? These are some of things I do on strip.
