Funny thing is, it was an after thought. LOL. But I am going to be doing this from now on. It was great. It added that needed crunch (I don't add diced onion or celery because I don't like them raw) and this was perfect.

I have seen it in the stores. I am thinking it might be like creole seasoning? Which is why we never got it because we always pick up Tony Chachery. Might have to check it out though the next time I go shopping
