Start with the weight by your hip
If the weight is in your right hand your left leg should be going up.
While trying to balance on one leg lift the other leg up as your bring the weight close to the ground
Once you are as low as you can come back up and bring the leg you lifted forward and bend the knee until parallel with floor bringing the weight up while you do
Once you are standing upright balancing on the one leg while the other is bent with knee parallel to the ground press the weight directly overhead
Repeat for reps
