Single Leg Training is the most important type of strength training you can do. It’s beneficial for:
+Eliminating Muscle Imblances
+Speed
+Explosiveness
+Better Movement/Change of Direction
+Prevented Injury
We all have one leg operating at 80% and the other leg operating at 20%. This is what leads to muscle imbalances, and injury. But if we could get both legs operating at the same level, we’d be able to optimize development, and performance. Speed, explosiveness, movement, would all enhance, do to eliminating imbalances within the body.
