Single Leg Training is the most important type of strength training you can do. It’s beneficial for:
+Eliminating Muscle Imblances
+Speed
+Explosiveness
+Better Movement/Change of Direction
+Prevented Injury
We all have one leg operating at 80% and the other leg operating at 20%. This is what leads to muscle imbalances, and injury. But if we could get both legs operating at the same level, we’d be able to optimize development, and performance. Speed, explosiveness, movement, would all enhance, do to eliminating imbalances within the body.

Front leg lift out of the Bulgarian lounge is a total killer!! I will incorporate it into my workouts, and practice it, thank you!!!

I have an 8yr boy who i am trying to prepare for football this year and i think these exercises will be great for his explosiveness i cant wait to get him started

Coach again with more wisdom 🐐, Hey coach do you recommend a 14 yr old to do these but maybe with less weight or just resistant bands, and will it be as Beneficial for a 14 year old for like someone who is grown up.

Keep all of the weights at a moderate level. Nothing heavy.
