These two are the best technical fishermen I have ever seen anywhere. I learn something from them every time. In addition, their video and accompanying music is the best!

Wow! Thanks for that compliment:) We do love to analyze the water and the conditions and the why behind what's happening or not happening. It really pleases us that you find such good value. Thanks for sharing:)

Thanks to you and your wife for making these great videos. I’ve been recovering from shoulder surgery all summer and couldn’t fish. Your videos helped me get through the summer. Watching you two track and land fish is almost as fun as doing it myself.👍

It's wonderful we could provide an escape for you in less than comfortable times no doubt. I hope you're healing up well and can get out on the water sooner than later.

Thank you. Dave did such an incredible job with working the boat around that log so I had a chance of landing that brown at the end. I was seriously grateful for that. The fact that he was running the drone at the same time still boggles my mind! Crazy level of multi-tasking in that moment:)

There isn't a shortage of big, beautiful brownies in that river, that's for sure. Quality footage and ♥️ the piano music. 😍😍

There isn't, that's for sure. They are spaced out, subject to insane heat and flow variances and can be temperamental as all get out... but they are there 😊🍻

@@jensenflyfishing 😍😍😍 there are a couple streams in Wisconsin that I fish that will never crack 60°, at least not that I've seen. We could have temps in the upper 80s, low 90s for weeks and they'll still be 58-59. Very small and clear however. One of them is very narrow and deep with undercut banks everywhere. The browns in there look like the ones you are catching in the video. I've yet to catch one, but I've had a few on last couple of years. It's just so difficult to fish. Heading out now for some trout fishing. Feeling good vibes today 🐟🐟🐟

Love this video, I fish intermediate and sink tips a lot for swinging and lake fishing and catch absolute monster fish here in Australia doing it only difference is I don’t do large strips I do a lot of micro strips and then a fast aggressive hang
@jensenflyfishing3 жыл бұрын
Awesome! Yes, I can see different strips working better for certain fish down under:) We do vary up our strip action as well depending on conditions.

How do you know if they are male or female?
@jensenflyfishing3 жыл бұрын
The other feature is that typically the hinge of the jaw is directly below (in line) with the eye in female trout and in male trout it is behind the eye. This feature can help distinguish smaller male browns who's kype isn't as pronounced as yet.
