Siopao Asado sekreto ng whiter dough at hindi flat ang dough

Hi po! I’ve been always craving for those siopao in Pi those ones they sell in outside markets, but ever since my cousins them tell us that the fillings were like rodents (rats, cats, dogs) or whatsoever I’ve haven’t eaten any since then. I’ve been wanting the jumbo size with like a shredded pork (adobo style) filling with a soft fluffy white bun. Pls ate recreate that for me.. thank you in advance, have a great day!!!❤
