I am so grateful that I'm in a position that I can work from home and always be around my two little boys (3 and 1). I get to watch these guys grow up. I can attest to Sir Richard's comment on creativity and travel. We usually spend a couple of months in Bali every year. It's a truly magical place. So much inspiration. If you are planning to go there try and plan the trip around Nyepi Day. Three months before is when they start constructing huge paper mache demons that are paraded through the streets. At the end of the night, they are burned and the entire next day there is silence on the island.

Wow what a great interview. Sir Richard Branson is a truly inspiring person and I give kudos to Chase for creating a super interesting and different way a photographer can step out of his comfort zone and create amazing things like this. There are so many things to learn in life and the way I live my life is and what I always say (mostly to myself): "If your not learning your not living"

Great interview with Sir Richard the sailient points for me was the fine line between success and failure, surround yourself with great people, remember every day is a learning day, be a good listener, delegate and live with a smile and you will probably put a smile on the face of people surrounding you. Unfortunately having built my businesses over 17 years, unlike Sir Richard, I fell on the wrong side of the line and lost virtually everything. Strangely enough, at the time, I wrote the then Mr Branson looking for his help and as I never got a response I can only suggest he never received my letter in the first place. Having brushed myself down I got on with my life and am now mentoring business leaders focusing them on the very points Sir Richard spoke of. My advice to anyone who has taken the plunge and failed in business would be to learn from the experience, dust yourself down and get back in the saddle. If at first you don't succeed, try, try again. In the US that might be easier to do than in the UK but whether you are in US or the UK my advice would be just do it. Business leaders need to recognise that the fuel of every successful company generally lies in the quality of its people and how it communicates both internally and externally. I have a passion for helping business leaders to understand they should work on their business rather than in it, they should surround themselves with great people and ensure the right people are in the right place doing the right job right first time. Once you have great people, look after them as they are like gold dust. Above all whatever you do have fun.

Hi Chase, I love your work. I discovered you through Gary Vee and Gary Vee through Sean Cannell. On that point, Do any of your KZbin channels focus on the how to end of video production and/ or photography, If not please consider that, if so please let me know where I can find it. Lastly, I'm in Japan and my friend couldn't follow along without English subtitles. Please consider adding English subtitles to your content increase the reach of your work. Great interview and it was inspiring however I watched this whilst travelling on a virgin train. Richard, if I could go and buy a train to release the annoyance that I experience whilst on yours I would. My perfected train would be affordable so I my passengers could go home to their family whenever they wanted without the trip breaking the bank. The toilets would be clean. I'd give customers loo roll instead of sand paper. this stinking, over crowded train. And I'd put on a service that separates the football hooligans from the regular folk who just want to travel in peace. Sadly, there isn't a spare train lying about in this station...
