its a special version of the boss fight that was added in a DLC of the game. its in godhome, although it isn't required to beat the game and actually recommended to do after beating the game.

Indeed, thank you for helping answer the question, I appreciate it @darktitanic. Nightmare King Grimm is definitely still my favorite boss fight by far but this is a close second or third for sure
