Laurien, I can't agree with you more. I just discovered this video and can't get it out of my head. Without boring you, I remember being in class at school (in music class) when my teacher, Mrs. Oppenhiemer, told us (can't believe I remember her name!!!) That Otis Redding has passed away. She was trying to hold back tears but was obviously crying. What a great tribute to Otis!!!!! I agree this needs to get out around the entire world. Peace and Love to you too

@ShereeBarrow-dz3ws This comment jumped off the page, you know with all of the treatment for depression and anxiety nothing works but music for me! being depressed all the time is a horrible way to live! if I find good music playing or I play it, I can actually see better, think better, move better, and actually have a better spiritual life- I am even nicer to people and to myself * God bless you and heal you! This song is my daddys favourite song. We could whistle alongside the solo before we were in school. He passed his love of otis down to his daughters and now at 70 he shares his love of Otis with his youngest grandson aged 15 months (they dance in the kitchen before breakfast). Loved his sons singing. So like their daddy. His music lives on in our bit of Ireland x

I was in Canada with my hippie Uncle Alec. Some town called, as it sonds to me, Bob Caggin. By the St. Lawrence Seaway, I, we, watched ships float by., It was like nothing I'd ever seen. All had lights on them. I was young. I dove into the channel. Seaweed got me, but I swam to the rescue boat. I learned to fish that summer, and heard great music 🎵 Forever Grateful ! 🙏
