its more front delts than upper chest. its basically just a sitting incline bench press if you dont have a bench press

I appreciate you taking the time to comment 👍🏼 The position of the hand, both in terms of grip and centre line of the body, really activates the upper chest. Sure, it hits the front delt also. Next time you do it, pushing from your centre line place the other hand on the upper chest and you will feel just how engaged it gets. First thing I noticed this morning was how nicely my upper is aching 😅.

@maalikfazal1406 Hi Maalik, body composition is heavily influenced by the amount of protein you consume whilst training close to failure with weights or resistance 3-5 per week. I used to carry a lot more muscle 6-7 years ago (body weight of 18 stone) up until I stopped weight training and at the same time reducing my protein. I currently weigh around 16 stones. I try to eat around 150g of protein each day, which i will be increasing from next week to add more muscle. 5g of Creatine daily really helps also. Also, I would cut back on carbs and no sugar if I wanted to reduce body fat. Merry Christmas, if that's your thing. Thank you so much for commenting. Please do keep in touch 👊🏼
