My answer for question no. 5 is D because KPI should always be part of Final Report. A project manager is expected to include KPIs in the final report regardless if the project is successful or not.

Hi Babu, it will be better to spend some time reading and understanding the questions and options well. Don't try to rush, it may result in spending more time as you may need to re-read the questions and options. A better approach would be to get used to solving questions as per the exam.. spending time reviewing the questions after you have taken the test will also help you.
