I had an opportunity to visit the tomb of Fr Emil n, who is up for sainthood. His tomb is in the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception in Wichita KS. I have been praying for his cause for several years, and attribute the healing and improvement of both my eyes after cataract surgery on one eye 6 months ago. At my last checkup 2 months ago, the vision in my right eye that had the surgery is at 100 % and need no corrective lense for that one, and the other eye ( the good one) has improved by more than 15%. The eye specialist said he has rarely seen such improvement. I pray for continued intercession by Fr Kapaun daily. God bless Fr Emil Kapaun and all of the military chaplains in the US armed forces. Theirs is a special vocation.

This is good news for the pro life movement. Another aspect of pro life that is rarely talked about is the importance of chastity and/or refraining from having sexual relations outside of a marriage commitment. I know that this is old fashioned but in reality before sex outside of a marriage commitment became socially acceptable, there seemed to be less unwanted pregancies. Too many people mistake lust for genuine love and give into their sexual desires way too soon. Real love takes time to grow. With that said, it would be best to simply give love a chance and simply wait until the time was right.

They had a great video the other day addressing the blasphemous Super Bowl Ad, "Jesus Washed Feet." The not only hit the nail on the head on that Ad, but also on the sex perverts who infest the Catholic Clergy at this time in history. They are a bit vulgar at times, (don't have kids watching), yet, in some ways, the vulgarity aids in the points they make. There is one thing lacking in Pro Life prayer campaigns. There is never a call for prayer for the conversion of the Bishops of the USCCB. The conversion of those who dedicate their lives to the promotion of the slaughter and abuse of the innocent is essential to bringing about an end to these evils.
