Do you have a video for tendons right above and right below the elbows. They are hot and weak. They've altered my life dramatically. 2 years ago I wasn't even able to hold a pen or tie my shoes. My wonderful husband had to help me a lot. I still don't have the strength back in my forearms, biceps and triceps. But the muscles are all just very hard and it feels like speed bumps fronts and backs of both arms. Poor posture

OMG thank god for physical therapist. Been going to Orthopedics for a while and due to my advance age they all said my weakness was due to severe arthritis. Finally I asked for an MRI AND GUESS WHAT: “Insertional tendinosos and low grade partial thickness tear seen in right gluteus medius tendon. Mild inflammation in the right greater trochanter. I wonder if your exercises will help with this condition?

yes these exercises are made for that! BUT they need to be progressed very gradually - light stress f/b recovery and repeat, often for many weeks if not months to help heal those tendons (these problems are often years in the making). Good luck!

I have the exact same symptoms for 8 months as Vivian and PT has not helped. I’m going to try your exercises. Do you think a PRP injection will help ? I don’t think the steroid injections did anything. Thanks

@@jimmcglynn-lg9ro PRP can be super helpful. In most cases I think it'd be reasonable to do 6+ weeks of therapy exercises first since the PRP may not be necessary if it gets better with exercise alone. Good luck!

OK. My son plays AFL Football and he gets sore muscles mid way on his back after the game. We've seen masseurs and physios and they just tell him to stretch. Could you recommend some exercises for him please. He's 15 years old. If not that's fine
