Hello, I've been following the exercise program with Mike Chang in your Befit Channel for almost a year now. However, upon accessing the videos, I see that three of them are now Private Videos. I'm referring to the warm up and cool down (stretching) videos, and the shredded arms with core workout with Mike Chang. Is there anyway I can still have access to this video? I follow the program 4x a week and view them right from your KZbin Channel. I about ready to do the program for today, but I'm surprised it's now Private. Can I have access to those videos? Please? She is showing you how to modify the workout if it is too challenging for you. So you can slowly work up to what the rest of the group is doing.

He's not bad but with all do respect a bit above average. He train himself well. This session is not that impressive. I have seniors in my class more advanced. Sorry, they need to step it up.

+Peter Mellios Everyone is different. Some people are at a lower level and need to take baby steps to get to a more advanced level.
