What is with all of these people hating on Mike Chang? The dude looks great. And if you've seen pictures of what he looked like before he created Six Pack Shortcuts, he has to be doing something right.

Run from Mike Chang like he is the plague, he is awful and has terrible advice. Trust me, i've been there. I beg you, go to Scooby1961.

I disagree imrandma. I'm tired of this guy kicking my butt on a weekly basis! All the pain, burning sweat in my eyes, as he drops ridiculous jokes..... makes me want to order 5 drill sergeants to burn Chang out until he pukes! ; P .... as I prepare for more abuse.....

Okay,so this works. I didn't want to lose out much. Just to add my schedule is quite hectic so I can't put much time in training. I can't put myself back on the regular food I have(just to tell you that we have North Indian food here,which is known to be spicy and oily). I know I have to eat that food for my whole life so even if I quit it,I will gain back once I revert to eating it. Mike chang,thankyou. This video was recommended by my friend who has a very perfect body , so I followed it religiously. I would do 10mins jumping rope,followed by 15x3 reps for 3 weeks. I lost 1.5 kgs in just three weeks,and lost inches as well. Unexpectedly,my legs toned and the upper theigh portion is in an excellent shape now

Mike you and the Be Fit team make this look easy. How often should a person do this work out? When should they start to see results? You mentioned the butterfly being great for getting rid of the pouch under the belly button. I would love to see more workouts targeting that area. Thank you.

I enjoy working out to Mikes videos I feel it is short cut cause I have fun doing it and I be feeling results next day sore for about two days or so. And its so short . I m pretty fit myself but his workouts still making me sweat like never before for the shortest time. Great video two thumbs up

The reason people don't like mike Chang is because most personal trainers put u on diets and work out plans that take forever so they get more money, but mike Chang discovered that the afterburner effect helps u lose weight and get fit way faster. Before he was fit, all trainers laughed at him because if the way he looked, but now that he's the most subscribed trainer on youtube, they hate him because he revealed a secret that could put them out of business. Also, if u think he sucks so much, why do u think he looks the way he does? He's inspired me to work out almost every day and I'm only 14. It's fine to not like him, that's ur opinion, but don't hate him just because other people don't.

It's not like he "discovered" anything new or revolutionary, the effect has always been there, he pretty much just made up a new fancy business term for it. Look it's great if he inspires you to work out and I hope you keep doing that, I also don't hate him or anything, but the stuff on his website about other trainers laughing at him and now hating him and the term "afterburn effect" is just pure marketing.

Bajwa 44 ab work outs doesn't make you lose belly fat it mike make your abs stronger but not lose belly fat to lose belly fat you need to eat less calories and eat healthy foods not junk and do lots of cardio

Hello, I've been following the exercise program with Mike Chang in your Befit Channel for almost a year now. However, upon accessing the videos, I see that three of them are now Private Videos. I'm referring to the warm up and cool down (stretching) videos, and the shredded arms with core workout with Mike Chang. Is there anyway I can still have access to these video? I follow the program 4x a week and view them right from your KZbin Channel. I was about ready to do the program for today, but I'm surprised it's now Private. Can I have access to those videos? Please? Thanks for your response.

sir I really need your help . I had joined gym in October 21st for that day I lifted heavy dumbbells and my body started paining a lot next day again I lifted heavy and light dumbbells . and than I stopped gyming bcoz of muscle soreness. I couldn't even move my body for a week . after it got cure I again joined the gym on November 18 but now I cannot lift heavy . whenever I try to lift heavy it doesn't go what should I do in that case . please help me .

To build up a ripped abs, you don't need any hard diet program or working on the difficult exercises, you are able to do it easier than you think. The secret is consuming the correct foods & doing the correct work outs
