Six Year Update - Part One... VW T25 T3 Vanagon 2WD to Syncro 4WD Conversion Project

One tired van... six years after the Syncro conversion the van goes back into the workshop for a much needed refresh.

Love the update!! Watched every second, nice job on the body work🧰. You can absolutely use a phase 2 block with the phase 1 heads. I changed a 1996 Impreza 2,2 block with a phase2 2,5 block and used the phase1 2,2 heads with thicker cometic gaskets and it’s been fine for probably 7-8 years now. The phase 2 will be a lot easier to find. Use the same timing tensioner setup that the original heads/engine came with. Looking forward to the next vid!!🤙
