Cool vid . Very rare u see people go shopping for food and explain what and why they are buying certain food on the tube. Got me subbed . By the way I'm shredded and still learning about nutrition . Seems like a nice guy , not stuck up his own arse like some bodybuilders.
@UniversalUSA7710 жыл бұрын
You'll find that none of the guys on Team Universal are "stuck up". That's not how we roll.

***** So much of the world outside of bodybuilding has negative stereotypes of the sport. They think bodybuilders are dumb, vain meatheads. At Universal, we try to turn those stereotypes on their heads. We want to show the world that bodybuilders are passionate and dedicated. We want to show that they have unique personalities, just like out in the real world. At the end of the day, if we can change one person's mind about the sport, then we've achieved success.
@PistolPeteLee10 жыл бұрын
It's not just bodybuilders either, it's athlete's in general unfortunately, they get a bad wrap. I've been judged in basketball before, and it sucks when people do it. They make assumptions and it isn't fair. The Universal team are pretty real, that's for sure. Good content as always. On another note, do you guys have a UK store?
@UniversalUSA7710 жыл бұрын
***** Well, here in the U.S., basketball and football are obviously well established. The top pros are veritable superstars. But the best bodybuilder? Not seen in a positive light by most people. We have a distributor in the UK so you should be able to get what you want. Regarding Universal Gear (clothing), we ship internationally. But we don't ship supplements internationally: www.universalusa.com/Universal/Products/Gear

i like sweet potatoes instead of rice to get veggies in :) nice vid universal :)
@Demiurge6610 жыл бұрын
A weeks worth of sweet potatoes will run you vs a bag of which you get more for less money you have to spend, plus there is really not that much of a difference between them other then digestion times and sweet potatoes are abit nutrient dense(and taste good) then white rice but all in all there still a carb. But I'm speaking in terms of budget. I buy sweet potatoes every week cause my budget is a lot higher then 70$. But for people who are on this kind of budget a bag of rice will save you money and do the job.

When you cook the egg and beef did he use olive oil otherwise it will stick?
@brohacks919310 жыл бұрын
Great tips bro. I lost tons of weight before this but I want to eat right for the gym. My arms are naturally big but flabby. Beef is a bit more expensive here. Philly but my family has hens so I never have to buy any eggs which saves some cash. I tried eating tons of veggies before this but it doesn't give me too much energy. The rice is a nice balance to keep me full.

UniversalUSA77 Hey man ,loved the video and I subscribed on your first classic dance there in the shop ;) actually I loved the way you put humor here and there in the video and make it more lively while also imparting the the actual stuff needed , just like favorite chemistry teacher ;) ! So yeah , thanks for the video- and I am from India and we don't have packed food store here (we get everything raw like from beef store and chicken store where they have these meat hanging you order like 1Kg or whatever :P ) also $10 a day is like 600 bucks here and still a lot for a day meal (until one is a professional builder) and I think I can adjust it to 200-300 bucks thats $5 a day or $45 a week ! I don't know why I wrote these may be cause I wanted to confirm to myself I am gonna do it :P ! Anyways thanks , much love ! Peace !
