I went to school with Evan, he’s always been incredibly strong, and also, incredibly kind. He was very anti bullying, and if he saw it happening, he’d stop it right away. The first time I hung out with him outside of school, we were taking turns playing Resident Evil 2 on PS-One at a former mutual friend’s house. Seeing this, it’s surprising that he’s not shopping at BJs Wholesale. You get 60 eggs for 8.99, and 25 pounds of rice for 15.99.

@ArtofZenDigital7 ай бұрын
@@I8UxAnonymous It’s definitely true, if I could add photos via google drive, I have a few with him from back between 97-2000 since I went High School in Long Island before moving to CT, which is how I ended up meeting Evan. As noted, he was always about as strong as anyone could be for his age. I saw him lift a part of an engine block once like it was nothing. With that being said, the thing that bothered me was that due to his calm demeanor and laid back vibe, there were a few times when people mistook his kindness for weakness and choose to test him, and because of the fact that he knew his own strength, he only did enough to stop it from continuing before moving on with his day, and as noted, he stopped more than one person from bullying someone. Our High School decided it was a smart idea to place the Gym right near the Special Needs classes, and the Art Department. You can imagine how bad that is. The person who I stopped talking to, is also someone he eventually stopped talking to also for a few different reasons. Because I was new to the school in Sophomore year, and wound up meeting the kids who happened to be considered popular, mainly the Football players, largely due to knowing how to freestyle in both French, which is my native language, and English, fluently, and starting cyphers with people that also knew how to rap and beatbox. I learned fairly quickly that I’d rather have a few truly great friends, than people who are only there because you provide entertainment, and also the kind of friends that treat everyone with respect. Evan stopped hanging out with those guys as well because of how they treated people. They would routinely bully the autistic kids in the Special Needs classes by the Gym. Evan never took part in that at all and when he saw that, he did his best to stop it, and began keeping a smaller, kinder, and tighter circle of friends. The last time I saw him after graduation was randomly as an adult at the supermarket. When you’re that jacked, for that long, you can be the gentle giant, or the bully. He choose to be the gentle giant and lead by example. I always admired the quality about him as a person.

Gavin McCormick plastic locking containers and refrigerator then pull out and microwave. these pros eat so much it would be basically impossible for them to cook the meals on the spot unless they have there own chef.. aka Phil heath

Gavin McCormick is your fear based off food born pathogens? cause if it is get a high quality food temperature thermometer.

Natural selection yes 👍 basically don't want to make myself unwell 🙂 as long as the chicken is hot enough then all is good? Thankyou for replying 🙂🙂

Gavin McCormick Yes, as long as it's 'piping hot' (as they say) throughout the chicken, you're 100% fine. It's not as easy as people think to catch salmonella from reheated chicken, it really isn't.

I love this video also! I needed to know how to prep more efficiently with calibrations. This video works nicely for that. Good humble man!
