If wired in parallel you will be at .5 ohm and wired in series you would be at 2 ohm

I have the taramps md8k not supposed to run half ohm so I’m gonna run 2 ohm I don’t wanna blow the amp up

Some do it but not safe/recommended. I suggest getting proper subs to wire to 1 ohm or change to a 2 ohm amp

@@JacobViral2 I ran the bass 5k at half I’m gonna run 2 ohm a week probably then see what half ohm is like i should have plenty of power but idk about the amp holding up it says .5 1 2 4 ohm on the back but so does the bass 5k so ig it’s on all taramps

VXF can still take some power, I have had both the VXF 15's and ZVX and the VXF's sound better imo

@Denny specs 3k watts max per sub. 8k taramps will do more like 9 on good draw but yeah lots of thos subs can handle crazy power. Better than underpowered them.
